Begins Midnight (PST) Feb 21

PRE-ORDER Event Details

Last year RSP launched it’s first Kickstarter program and while it did not acheive our original goals, it did illustrate a very unique process that RSP wants to capitolize on and introduce into the pre-order process. The idea is to engage you more and allow you more opportunities to purchase unique products, and help RSP grow at the same time.

For the first time, RSP will offer more than just a new book during the limited time pre-order event. Incorporating some KS ideas, we will now include various options to both order the new book as a stand alone purchase, starting with some very special price early-bird offers, including some other goodies like built models, press sheets from the printer, signed copies, and various combo book packages. The special pre-order prices are for this limted time event only.

The duration of the pre-order will be from Midnight (PST) Feb. 21 until the printer loads the truck in March with the final book. We will update the final delivery dates as they happen. Target release date is the week of March 31, 2015.

TANKART 4 Specs & Contents

TA4 will be in the now familair size of 8.5″ x 9.5″ at 224-pages in length. The cover utilizes our functional Lay-Flat Binding process to allow the book to open and stay flat on the workbench, with the now standard soft-touch matt laminated cover. The layout graphics will be a further evolution of the current TA style, and the two extensive Technique chapters are focused on Technique Proficiency and Winter Whitewash finishes in all three major scales of 1/72, 1/48 and 1/35 as it relates to German Armor. The model chapters (all in 1/35) follow and will feature a Tiger II, a Grille Ausf. M, a very unique Nashorn PanzerJaeger, and a Sturm 33B. The guest author chapter by Mario Eens will showcase his superb Char B1 bis in captured Beutepanzer form. These model chapter selections will cover camo schemes from all periods, including Panzer Gray in both summer and winter, 3-tone camo on zimmerit, and the trickier hard-edge and disc camo schemes.
