Kagero Topdrawings #61 Me 110 Vol II

This book supplies a number of colour profiles and detailed line drawings in 1/48 and 1/72 of the later variants of the aircraft, the Me 110E, F and G. There are 2 large sets of plans for the 1/48 drawings that are on 2 separate pieces of large paper. The plans are double-sided. You also get a set of 1/48 and 1/72 canopy masks produced by Eduard. I can’t find where it says which kit this is for, but my assumption is it is for Eduard’s kits.

The book is printed on glossy paper and the text is in both English and Polish.

The Messerschmitt Bf 110 was a typical working horse of the German Luftwaffe. It was used for a variety of tasks, although it was designed strictly as a heavy fighter (in this role, however, did not meet all the hopes placed in it). Dozens of developed versions of this aircraft prove that it was a successful and flexible construction when it comes to the used armament, propulsion and equipment.

If you plan on doing any modifications to the external appearance of your 110E, F or G then this book will be essential. It will allow you to get the panel lines and access hatches in the right places. There are lots of details in the diagrams and the pullout plans are a very good idea.

Highly recommended for modellers who have a late model Bf 110 on their bench.
Kagero is available direct from the publisher here for about US$22.00.
