Iliad Design originally did this decal sheet in 1/48 and it was popular and sold out long ago, so it was an obvious choice for their first foray into 1/32 decals.
The decal sheet contains all the decals you need for 6 Bf 109 G-6/R6 trop aircraft. Even though they are tropicalised aircraft don’t fit the dust filters. Make sure you fit the MG151 underwing gondolas too. The R6 package was a bad-weather fighter update with PKS 12 autopilot.

The instructions sheet is in colour and shows you everything you will need to get the colour scheme and decal placement correct.

The decal sheet itself is very nicely printed. The whites are very solid and the details are very crisps and when I look in very closely I can see no bleeding or imperfections. Overall, very nice decals indeed.

The aircraft were based in Sicily in Italy, in June 1943 for a month or two. The pilot of White 3 is Ofw. Gunther Seeger and the pilot of white 9 is Uffz. Georg Amon. The other 4 pilots are unknown. The painter of PikAs man was a technican Uffz Heinz Zach.

This decal sheet is highly recommended. A Bf109 would look very nice with these decals on it!

Many thanks to Iliad Design for the review sample.
